Participatory Dialogue with SOM Energia| 28th of February 2017
Last February, our researchers Lucia Argüelles and Filka Sekulova met with members of Som Energia, a growing renewable energy cooperative in Spain and case study of our research for TESS (Towards European Societal Sustainability), a European research project that explores the role of community-based initiatives (CBIs) in transitioning to a sustainable and low-carbon Europe. The meeting discussed the results of our research, in which Som Energia showed a significantly higher potential for reducing carbon footprint compared to other initiatives dealing with food, waste, and transport. You can download our TESS policy briefs and learn more about our research results here.
